Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

European Union: 4–10 business days
USA, UK, Canada, Norway: approximately 21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are taken care of by Lierre Sauvage and the third party chosen for delivery. As of now - 29.03.2026 - we have only added countries of the European Union, UK, USA, Canada and Norway as delivery destinations. If you wish to have an item shipped to another country, please contact us via info@lierre-sauvage.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at:

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period

Customers inside the European Union have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Customers outside of the European Union have the right to return products within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be unused
be in the same condition in which you received it
be returned in its original packaging if possible.

Lierre Sauvage will provide you with a return labels for order inside the European Union.

For all other countries the customer will bear all costs for returning the item.
