Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

If you are a consumer outside of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods for orders inside the European Union.

The withdrawal period is 7 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods for orders outside of the European Union.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

Effects of Withdrawal

​

For European Union: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method).

For all other countries: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.​

The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Returning the Goods

​

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

​

For European Union: We will provide you with a return label free of charge. 

​

For all other countries: You will bear all costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Condition of Returned Goods

​

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
