You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This applies in particular to all custom commissioned works produced by Lierre Sauvage to individual specifications.
