1. General information about shipping

We ship our products within the European Union. Shipping is handled by GLS and processing time is usually 3 working days.

We also ship to the UK, US, Norway and Canada. Please note that delivery will take up to 21 business days.

2. Shipping costs & delivery options

Standard shipping within Germany: Free of charge – delivery time approx. 7 working days

Shipping within the EU: Free of charge – delivery time approx. 10 working days

Shipping to UK, US and Canada: Free of charge - delivery time approx. 21 working days.

3. Shipment tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

This acoustic panel is made of natural felt and therefore does not require much care, as sheep's wool does not absorb odours. It is sufficient to carefully dust the artwork once a month using a lint roller or the like.

The artwork is not suitable for cleaning with water or cleaning agents.

Our shop gladly accepts online returns that are proposed within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price for orders inside the European Union. Refunds after the 14-day return period are not possible. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. We will provide you with a return label.

For orders outside of the European Union we accept returns that are proposed within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds after the 7-day return period are not possible. All costs for returning the item are beared by the customer.

To make a return, please send an email with your name, date of order and receival and order number to info@lierre-sauvage.com or use our withdrawal formular. We will help you process your return and provide you with a free shipping label for your purchased item, if ordered inside the European Union.

Simply repackage your shipment and drop it off at the post office. The package must be sent back within 14 days of withdrawal otherwise the withdrawal is not accepted.

Once we have received your return, please allow 5-7 working days for processing. If your return is accepted, it will take approximately 3-5 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method.
